Return + Exchanges

Your are eligible for Return, Refund or Exchanges within 14 days of receiving the order. If 14 days have gone, unfortunately we can't offer you a credit or exchange. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. 

For returns, merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered, with tags attached. PLEASE... In the same condition that you received it.

IMPORTANT!!

Swimwear, Bodysuit, Accessories, Jewelry purchases are final, for sanitary reasons.

SALE ITEMS!

All sale items are final sale: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, reduced in price, or clearance. These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping 

Shipping orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is authorized and verified. 

Zetura House IS NOT responsible, for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered; customers are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
